What will I draw?I enjoy horror and dystopian genres so there’s a pretty wide range of what I would draw if I'm able to draw it.I won't take onGenerally along the lines of. but not limited to: hate towards real people & their virtual identities; proselytisation or denigration of any real world politics or religions; sexualisation of children or childlike characters

▶ Usage Rights: Personal/ Non-commercial Rates
▷ For reasonable personal/ non-commercial uses.
Example personal usage scenarios:

❀ in your personal D&D character sheet
❀ in a birthday card gifted to your friend
❀ in your non-paywalled online content (ebooks, educational videos, utattemita videos, etc.)
※ other scenarios as agreed on prior to commencement of the project
▷ I may use the image in my print and online portfolios for promotional purposes. Let me know if you would like the images to be kept private instead.
▷ Minor editing (such as filtering, resizing or cropping) is fine, but you may not make edits so as to undermine my authorship of the image.
▷ Where possible, please credit me (「Piaoue」 if not the full 「Piaoue・飃絵」) as the artist of the work.
▷ You cannot allow wider rights to others than granted in our agreement. For example, you cannot publish your free ebook containing my work into the public domain or let others resell your free ebooks with my art in it without mutual agreement.▶ Usage Rights: Commercial Rates
▷ Royalty-free usage
▷ Other terms as specified in our agreement prior to commencement of the project.
▷ Any changes to the terms (beyond simple clarification of existing terms) have to be mutually agreed on by written communication.▶ Cancellations and Refunds
▷ No refunds on delivered projects as services would have been rendered.
▷ Filing a chargeback will revoke your rights to use any form of the work (be it draft images or the final image) in any way. Details of the commission may be disclosed to other artists and art communities to caution them.
▷ You can cancel projects that you have not paid for. Projects that are unpaid for 3 days with no communication may be considered cancelled.
▷ Refunds and partial refunds may be considered under reasonable circumstances prior to delivery of drafts or final image. In the case of a full refund, you will not have rights to use any form of the work in any way. Partial rights may be negotiated if you opt for a partial refund, subject to the circumstances.
